SKB’s data protection policy
Our data protection policy governs how we handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation* (also known as GDPR) when you visit our web pages, when you visit our facilities and when you are in contact with us in other ways. By submitting your personal data to us, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved this data protection policy.

We collect personal data for specific and lawful purposes, and your personal data will be used only for the purposes for which they have been collected.

You are always entitled to receive information as to which personal data we have saved about you.
Lawful
The collection of your personal data is always based on either consent, an agreement between us, legal grounds, or a balance of interests.
Data minimisation
We collect only the personal data that are relevant and needed for the processing in question.
Accurate
The personal data we collect are to be accurate, and whenever possible, kept fully up to date. We base the collected personal data on the information that you provide during registration, and depending on the type of personal data processing on our side, we may perform some review of the submitted personal data to assure your identity.
Time-limited
Personal data will be processed as long as is necessary for the purpose for which they have been collected.
Secrecy
All personal data are processed confidentially. SKB guarantees confidentiality through well-implemented safety practices with different authorisation classifications for the employees, where only those who need to process your personal data will do so. SKB also has ongoing training and information for the employees on how personal data is allowed to be collected, processed and handled.
